KRAV MAGA FIGHT
Personal training in combat Krav Maga – learning in all levels such as standing, ground fight, clinch and fight with a knife and a stick.
DURING TRAINING, WE FOCUS ON:

All instructors leading the training have Israeli (Israeli Tactical School) and the State (Ministry of physical culture and sports) instructor papers, and our exams grading are respected all over the world. Classes are held at all levels: -beginner -intermediate -advanced
MENTAL WORKOUT AND STRENGTH-ENDURANCE TRANING
This module is designed to prepare the body and mind to confront in real conditions, my job is to connect your mind and body in one well working machine.
Personal training is working on strength and durability of all batches of muscle into the fight and self-defense, with all the classic methods of strength, endurance, speed and mental training.
KRAV MAGA TACTICS
Personal training of self-defense Krav Maga against stick and knife attack and situation of treat with firearms.
In this module training in situation with and in the car, at home or in confined indoors.
SHOOTING TRAINING – ISRAELI TACTICAL SCHOOL
ITS training program was created by soldiers of the elite units of the special Israeli army (Sayeret Matkal), special services (ISA-Israeli Secret Service) and Special Branch police Yaman. Training courses are designed for people with no experience or with very little experience in the field of target shooting, for military and police units and special forces. By participating in the following more advanced courses, participants can quickly and safely achieve a high level of weapon skills needed to solve everyday situations like robbery or terrorist situations.
